ABOUT ME
London and the cotswolds Wedding Planner
Planning weddings that are calm, joyful and feel like you.
I work with couples who want a celebration, not a performance. If there’s a tradition that you don’t like, don’t understand or simply don’t want - its not happening.
To me, weddings are about connection, laughter, and the weird little details that make your love story yours. Planning with me is collaborative, calm, and enjoyable. You get the benefit of meticulous organisation, a deep supplier network, and someone who’ll always tell you when something’s not worth the stress.
I’ll help you bring everything together with care and clarity. No chaos, no faff, just the kind of day you’ll want to relive forever.
I'm Emily, a wedding planner based in London helping couples plan weddings that feel relaxed, meaningful, and totally personal. I specialise in weddings brimming with personality: think pit-stop pints in East London, festival food trucks in a muddy field, wedding table captains competing for prizes throughout your wedding breakfast, and all your favourite people in one place.
If you want a wedding that looks beautiful but never feels overdone, I’m your person. I bring the structure, you bring the vibe, and together we create something real, warm, and effortlessly you.
My Approach
“Emily was so diligent and made our wedding planning experience truly enjoyable - the decision making process was made easy and on the day we only needed to sit back and enjoy ourselves because we had absolute trust that Emily had it all under control! Emily is an absolute star and as well as being so friendly and fun, she took all the stress out of our wedding planning.”

Meet Emily
Before launching my wedding planning business, I worked in fast-paced roles in London and studied at Cambridge, which is where I first got the events bug organising large-scale college balls. That background trained me to think strategically, manage details under pressure, and always keep the big picture in mind.
Now? I plan weddings that feel more like house parties than high-production shows: where the wine’s flowing, the music’s loud, and the moments live on in your head rent free.
If you’re planning a wedding in London, the Cotswolds or beyond, and you’re looking for a planner who wants to help you tell your story, I’d love to hear more about your plans.
When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me:
Travelling: I’ve visited over 40 countries and love to explore new corners of the globe. If you’re looking for a honeymoon destination, I’ve got plenty of recommendations!
Staying active: I love sports (playing and spectating) and countryside walks that end at the pub.
Curling up with a good book: Nothing beats a cosy armchair and a cup of tea.
Hosting: I love hosting friends and family for good food and wine.
