About 12 weeks before the wedding, I’ll take over the details and help you bring everything together so you can feel calm and in control as the day approaches.
What’s Included?
Consultation: We’ll start with a video call or a face-to-face to review where you are in the planning process and identify any gaps or challenges.
Minor Supplier Sourcing: You’ve already secured your key suppliers, I can help you find the minor suppliers who you may not have thought of, who will fill the gaps and make your day flow.
Site Visit: I will visit your venue with you for a full walk through of the day, discuss logistics with your venue coordinators and plan the flow.
Guest Management: I will support you with guest administration, gathering key information required and sharing it with relevant suppliers so you aren’t worrying about everyone’s dietary requirements!
Planning Admin: You will have access to your personal google drive with key planning spreadsheets, organised contracts and documentation all in one place.
Final Supplier Management: I’ll liaise with all suppliers, reconfirm details, and ensure all final payments are handled.
Timelines: I’ll create a detailed wedding day schedule and confirm delivery and setup times with suppliers.
Design & Setup Support: I’ll ensure your styling and design come together seamlessly on the day.
On-the-Day Coordination: I’ll be there to manage the schedule, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Unlimited Support: I’m always available for a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or a quick check-in whenever you need a sounding board, advice, or just a bit of reassurance.
